Simplified procedures forms

The Commission issued a change to Regulation 341 and issue additional new forms  of the May 11 2016:

The request for authorization to use the simplified declaration and entry in the declarant

The request for authorization to use simplifications, form – IMPORT

Explanatory notes to each fields aplication form

original forms are replaced by the form set out in Annex I to the Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/698 of 8 April 2016 correcting Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/341, amending the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 952/2013 regarding the transitional rules for certain provisions of the Customs Code of the Union where the relevant electronic systems are not yet operational, and amending Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/2446.
