Changes in REX system

COMMISSION IMPLEMENTING DECISION (EU) 2016/2093 of 29 November 2016 on the exemption, as regards the date of application of the registered exporters for export in the overseas countries and territories applied a derogation from the registered exporters system (REX).

In all letter it states that the overseas countries and territories will be able to apply the system REX as of 1 January 2020th having regard to these requests and to the Overseas Countries and Territories allow time to prepare for the application of the system REX is appropriate to grant this OCT exception relating to the system of registered exporters and to allow them to articles 21-35, 54, 55 and 56 of Annex VI to Decision 2013/755 / EU to apply from 1 January 2017th.
